A second home for names that already exist.
nl0.net does not sell names and does not run a queue. It mirrors the namespace you already hold at vc.ci, with its own DNS panel and a separate zone, so one registry outage is not the end of your address.
The rule
a.vc.ci can become a.nl0.net. The holder proves ownership through vc.ci OAuth, and the nl0.net label is reserved for that account. The reverse is not true: holding a.nl0.net does not create a.vc.ci.
Country and territory codes are refused everywhere. cn.vc.ci can exist at vc.ci, but cn.nl0.net cannot be claimed or registered by anyone.

Why vc.ci is the source
vc.ci is the primary registry. nl0.net is the backup and the second address: same label, separate DNS zone, independent publish path. The OAuth link is the proof of ownership and the only way to claim.
